MY STORY
I am a digital content designer specialising in visual communication for the advertising, corporate and broadcast industries.
After earning my Masters degree, I moved into the role of Creative Director at Siam Studios, an advertising agency based in Melbourne. Here, I led a team in developing memorable and innovative experiences for both local and global clients, brands and agencies.

More recently, I’ve shifted my focus towards design thinking and user experiences, broadening my skill set and contributing to various business growth initiatives.
My diverse skill set, which includes expertise in graphic design, motion design and animation allows me to create compelling content across different platforms.
My experience in team management has equipped me with the ability to thrive in collaborative environments.

Adobe Creative Educator
Level 2
LEVEL 1
Jodie successfully completed the Adobe certified course, which emphasises critical thinking and creativity. This course explores creative processes applicable across a variety of disciplines and educational subjects.

Time Addicts
This short film, written and directed by Sam Odlum, presented Jodie with the chance to take on both the roles of producer and visual effects supervisor. Her contributions played a crucial role in the film’s nomination for Best Short at the St Kilda Film Festival in 2020.
2013
Infinity Dome
Jodie’s role as an event producer played a pivotal part in securing the largest art grant package during National Science Week 2013. This significant grant was allocated for the design and development of a public art installation held at the Melbourne Royal Botanic Gardens.

Beyond Our Universe
Written and directed by Jodie, this animated short film featuring narration by Dr. Karl Kruszelnicki. The film was showcased at various events spanning two years, including notable exhibitions at Scienceworks and the 150th-anniversary celebration of the Melbourne Observatory.
2007
Gabriel
In the making of this feature film, directed by Shane Abbess, Jodie assumed a crucial role as a concept and visual effects artist. Following its independent production, the film was later acquired and distributed worldwide by Sony Pictures.
